What's the assignment?

A build. Three days, hard deadline. It comes by email, and only after we've read your form and resume.

Do I have to be a designer too?

You need taste, not a design degree. The owners we build for decide in a second whether something looks trustworthy. If everything you've made looks like a default template, this role isn't a fit.

Why forward deployed?

Because the work doesn't stop at the repo. You talk to the businesses using what you built, watch where it breaks, fix it that week, and help get the next one on board. That's where the bit of marketing comes in.

What actually happened

Your resume did its job. You were not filtered there. You reached the assignment, a human opened it, and the decision was made on what they saw inside it.

Why

The posting asked for React with API integration and state handling. Your submission works, but it fetches on every render and has no loading or error state anywhere. For an intern hire that is the cheapest thing on the list to check, and it is the one that separates somebody who has shipped from somebody who has finished a course. Nothing about your resume was the problem.

The one thing to change

Add a loading state and an error state to the project you link first, then put that in one line on the resume: "handles loading and failure states". That line is what a reviewer scans for and it is currently missing from every project you list.

Where does the money go?

A UPI transfer, the same as paying anyone else on GPay or PhonePe. No card, no gateway, no stored details. Ask for it back and you get it back.

What happens to my resume?

You send it, we do not already have it. It goes to private storage that only the person answering you can open, and it is deleted if you ask. We never post it anywhere.

What if you just take it and vanish?

Then email founder@zero4genz.in and say so, and you get your money back. It is a company name and a public site against Rs 29, which is a trade nobody sensible takes.

Rs 29? What is the catch?: None. We are finding out whether this is worth building, and the cheapest way to find out is to charge a real amount and see if anybody pays. If it works the price goes up.
Is AI writing it?: AI helps read the posting and your resume. The judgement and the words are a person's, and they put their name on it.
How do you know why they rejected me?: We are not the company and we cannot call them. We read the posting and your resume and tell you what someone on that side most likely saw. Every answer says whether it is known or a read, because a confident wrong reason is worse than none.
Who sees my resume?: Only the person answering you. Private storage, never a public link, and your answer sits at an address only you get sent.
I paid. Why have I not got an email?: Because we do not send one yet. You only hear from us when the answer is actually written. The page you land on after paying is your receipt and the place your answer appears, so save that link.
What if something goes wrong?: Email founder@zero4genz.in with your order reference, the CL code on your order page. A person reads that inbox. Nothing here is automated enough to leave you stuck with nobody to ask.
